Our CSR approach
At TMP CONVERT, we are committed to innovation that respects people and the environment. That’s why we’re constantly working to improve our CSR approach. Our aim is to improve our employees’ quality of life, reduce our impact on the environment and support our economy.
Human values
L’humain au centre de l’innovation

We firmly believe that our employees are the driving force behind innovation and growth. This is why we encourage close contact between our different teams.
We are convinced that innovative ideas can come from anyone. We make a point of listening to and valuing those of our employees. To ensure that we have a comprehensive view of changing needs and are able to design innovative solutions, we make sure to maintain a balanced age mix within our teams.
Sustainable and responsible growth
We pledge to adopt a responsible approach and treat our partners and employees with respect on a daily basis :
- Valuing employees
- Knowledge transfer
- Skills development
- Training (safety, IT, tools, etc.)
Equality at work
At TMP Convert, we place professional equality between women and men at the heart of our commitments. Each year, we evaluate our practices and publish our Professional Equality Index to ensure fair and inclusive career development for all our employees.
In 2024, we maintained our results, reflecting our consistency in implementing our commitments. Due to the structure of our workforce, the overall score out of 100 points cannot be calculated.

Indicator details :
- Pay gap: not calculable (valid groups less than 40% of workforce).
- Gap in individual pay rise rates: 35/35 points.
- Percentage of employees receiving an increase in the year following their return from maternity leave: not calculable (no return from maternity leave during the period in question).
- Parity among top earners: 5/10 points.
We are aware of the challenges of diversity and inclusion. As a result, on September 23, 2024 we signed an action plan for professional equality between women and men. This plan aims to reinforce our commitments to pay equity, the promotion of talent and access to positions of responsibility.
Our commitment to professional equality is also part of our CSR approach, assessed as part of our EcoVadis certification. We believe that gender equality is an essential lever for a responsible and sustainable company.
TMP Convert remains fully committed to ensuring a fair and respectful working environment, where everyone can develop on the basis of their skills and performance.
Economic and environmental commitments
Preserving Made In France
Established since 1959 in Simandre-sur-Suran (France), we are committed to maintaining and promoting French know-how. We produce the majority of our products ourselves, and only in France. We also use local partners as often as possible to source raw materials. On the other hand, we invest in flexible production tools.

Recycling at the core of our production
The challenge of responsible and sustainable growth requires us to think about the proper use of our resources, respect for our customers, employees and local communities, and the virtuous development of our products. Our commitment to socially responsible development must become the bedrock of our business, guiding our investment decisions, our product innovation and our management.
The MORE (“MObilisés pour REcycler”) label, which we have been awarded for several years, recognizes our commitment to reducing the environmental footprint of our products by promoting the use of recycled raw materials. We use 100% recycled raw materials from the textile industry.
By using recycled material in our production, for over 90% of our product range, we produce 9 times less CO2 than if we used virgin material. We also consume 9 times less non-renewable energy.
This attention to our environmental impact is not new. In fact, we began manufacturing our products from recycled materials in the 90s. Fighting environmental issues have always been part of our DNA, and we continue to work in order to improve ourselves.
What’s more, we don’t produce any waste when processing our defective parts. They are reground by our own means and then re-injected into our production cycle.
Evolutive products

Since 2008, concern for the environment has led many companies to focus on their commitment to “SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT”.
Above all, this involves a corporate culture geared to changing trends. Our entire range does not require heavy installation resources, and leaves no trace on the environment where they are installed.
Our aim is to offer products that can evolve over time, with no environmental impact in terms of installation or use. They can be removed and replaced without consequence, and our 10-year warranty ensures that they will last for years to come.
Certifications and labels
To prove our commitment and continue to challenge ourselves, we work every year to obtain labels and certifications. Label More, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, GPI certification, EcoVadis… Let’s take a look at our certifications and labels.
ISO 14001 CERTIFICATION
ISO 14001 is an environmental management standard. By adopting this standard, we assure all our partners, suppliers and customers that we are taking proactive measures to reduce our environmental footprint, and that we comply with current legislation.
Industrial plastic granulates certification
As a production site handling industrial plastic granules (IPG), we have a duty to implement preventive measures against the loss and release of IPG into the environment. In fact, the french AGEC law requires us to carry out an audit of the measures we have taken to limit such losses.
The audit is based on various aspects: identification of areas where IPG is likely to be released into the environment, verification of IPG storage and transport methods, training and awareness-raising of site workers, etc.
Following this audit at our production site, we received a certification attesting our compliance with the decree (resulting from the AGEC law).
TMP Convert is committed to respect strict standards in the management and handling of plastic granules to preserve our ecosystems and combat plastic pollution. By preventing the dispersion of these materials in the environment, we contribute to protecting flora and fauna, preserving air and water quality, and preventing the damage caused by plastic waste to terrestrial and marine ecosystems.
MORE label
In the 90s, TMP CONVERT began using recycled materials in the manufacture of its products. This is still the case today! In fact, over 95% of our products are made from fully recycled raw materials from the textile industry.
The MORE label certifies that we use recycled plastics in our production. We are proud to be awarded the MORE label every year since 2019.

EcoVadis
EcoVadis aims to assess our company’s CSR performance. To achieve this, we analyze four main areas :
- Environment
- Social and human rights
- Ethics
- Responsible purchasing
We obtained an overall score of 72/100, which enabled us to win the silver medal (top 15%) in November 2024.
This type of assessment also enables us to highlight our areas for improvement and allows us to act “beyond compliance”.
